- Midway through the show when NIN started "Closer" a man dressed in a costume managed to get on stage and proceed to pour some kind of alcohol on Trent Reznor's head. To that point Reznor didn't care until the man started to molest him. The man attempted to kiss Reznor but staff and bandmate Danny Lohner grabbed the man and escorted him out.
- "Head Like A Hole" featured former NIN production manager Marky Ray on guitar. Ray would sometimes play on this song during the Pretty Hate Machine Tour, but by this point he had joined the Jim Rose Circus.
