Notes

This show was the first performance of "Get Down, Make Love", "Somewhat Damaged", "La Mer" and "Into The Void" since 2000, the first performance of "Help Me I Am In Hell" since 1994, and the first ever performance of "Non-Entity" on a full-length show.
