On February 20th, 2006 Nine Inch Nails performed at the Deltaplex in Grand Rapids, Michigan as part of the With Teeth Spring Arena Tour. Moving Units were the opening act on this date.

Notes

The show on this date was ended earlier than expected. Trent Reznor immediately ended the concert after being struck in the face with a Zippo lighter while playing the piano part of "Hurt". Typically there would be two or three songs following it.
