Notes
The entire floor of the arena was, insanely, reserved seating. The rows of wooden seats were secured together and bolted to the floor. Trent was upset at the arrangement and stopped singing halfway through "Happiness In Slavery" and lay down on the stage. Before "Eraser" started he went on a rant about the seating situation and the venue. In response, by the time "Wish" started, the audience had gone crazy and began tearing up the seats from the floor. The entire front half of the floor became a huge mosh pit with a pile of broken chairs off to the side and dangerous, twisted metal remains still bolted to the floor.
