Upon more digging, a message board is revealed in which citizens are discussing many things about society, mostly involving resistance to the oppressive authority in place.

Aphex Twin

The stage name of Richard David James. He is an artist who has contributed on many remixes for NIN. And, with the track "At The Heart Of It All," he is the only artist to have an original song appear on a NIN album.
